AI Stocks Radar provides stock-market research, forecasts, and signal alerts for informational and educational purposes. Nothing we publish is personalised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

2. Risk disclosure

Stocks and other financial instruments involve a risk of loss and are not suitable for every investor. Forecasts can be wrong, market conditions can change quickly, and past performance is not indicative of future results. You are responsible for evaluating every decision and should only risk capital you can afford to lose.

3. No execution or account management

AI Stocks Radar does not execute trades, connect to brokerage accounts, hold customer funds, or manage portfolios. Any transaction you make takes place through a third party you select independently.

4. Availability and changes

The service is under active development. Coverage, features, data providers, and availability may change before or after launch. We may correct, withdraw, or update content without notice.

5. Third-party data

Prices, charts, news, and other market information may come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You should verify material information with your broker or another primary source.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Stocks Radar is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data delays, or decisions made using the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 30 days before the claim.
