Interest is real. A ticker may not be.
High-profile founders, research expectations, capital raises, and limited public information can create disproportionate stock curiosity.
Search volume can rise around funding, product releases, partnerships, acquisition reports, or IPO discussion. None of those events alone establishes a security that retail investors can trade.
Private value is not a public quote
Very early private companies may disclose little operating data. Avoid treating fundraising headlines as a liquid valuation or investment offer.
Private shares can carry transfer restrictions, eligibility requirements, limited disclosure, different share classes, and little liquidity. Never infer availability from a price shown on an unofficial marketplace.
