Interest is real. A ticker may not be.
Search adoption, browser and distribution deals, publisher relationships, and IPO speculation generate investor interest.
Search volume can rise around funding, product releases, partnerships, acquisition reports, or IPO discussion. None of those events alone establishes a security that retail investors can trade.
Private value is not a public quote
Public search and advertising platforms are operating comparables, not direct ownership substitutes for a private company.
Private shares can carry transfer restrictions, eligibility requirements, limited disclosure, different share classes, and little liquidity. Never infer availability from a price shown on an unofficial marketplace.
