Interest is real. A ticker may not be.
Large private valuations, enterprise growth, acquisitions, and recurring IPO expectations keep the stock query active.
Search volume can rise around funding, product releases, partnerships, acquisition reports, or IPO discussion. None of those events alone establishes a security that retail investors can trade.
Private value is not a public quote
Private valuation marks are negotiated funding events, not continuous public prices. They may include preferences that common shares do not have.
Private shares can carry transfer restrictions, eligibility requirements, limited disclosure, different share classes, and little liquidity. Never infer availability from a price shown on an unofficial marketplace.
